We are able to tow up to 50 characters in total, whether they are letters, numbers, symbols or punctuation marks. Thespaces in between the words are not counted. However due to the unpredictable flying characteristics of the very long banners, we would recomend that you keep your message as succinct as possible and no more than 45 characters.

We reserve the right to decline to fly any banner we consider unsuitable or inappropiate or contravenes the Advertising Standards Agency guidelines.

No, there are legal restrictions which we must abide by and we will check these prior to your booking. However it may be possible to fly at an alternative location so please ask.

We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however this may incur additional costs both in positioning the aircraft and airfield fees. Furthermore it may be that we are unable to fly over this location due to flight restrictions which we are legally bound to abide by. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

Generally yes although we do have to take into account any restrictions in place and the hours of daylight available, plus any bookings we may already have.

We normaly use red letters, but we also have a limited number black letters available please ask

Yes it is possible, however we can not guarantee that we can do this 5 days or less prior to the event.

For a letter banner, the price includes making the banner, the positioning of the aircraft and the flight time over the event. If we need to arrange landing fees at a local airfield or an overnight stay is essential to carry out the booking we will discuss these with you prior to your booking and add these to the price.

No, this is all included in the price quoted.

Prices are valid for 30 days from the day of being quoted. After this date we would need to provide you with a new quotation.
